Newton Parking Structures Ltd. and MMMC Architects have won a design-build competition for the University of Windsor to build two new campus structures.
Contractor EllisDon Corp. is poised to start construction in May on an estimated $45-million performing arts centre at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
